Cub Etiquette

The Cub Law:
The Cub respects the Old Wolf;
The Cub respects himself/herself.

The Cub Motto:
Do Your Best.

The Cub Promise:
I promise to do my best,
To love and serve God,
To do my duty to the Queen;
To keep the law of the Wolf Cub Pack;
And to do a good turn for somebody every day.

Investing Cubs:
Cubs need to understand their Law, Motto and Promise in order to be invested into the Cub Pack. Until their investiture, they are Tender Pads. As Tender Pads, they are still expected to wear uniforms without the epaulets.

Joining Cubs:
When you come to your first meeting, you will be welcomed as Tender Pads, and you will receive your pack neckerchief. After you have learned the ways of the Pack, with the assistance of the older wolves, you will be invested. At this point you will receive your epaulets. You should regularly refer to "The Cub Book". This book will list all badges and awards that you can receive. It is your responsibility to work on these yourself and with your family.
